Delivery times and costs
In connection with the trade, we strive for very fast delivery times. The delivery time is normally 1-3 days for deliveries with Posti.
For delivery products we will notify you of the delivery time either in the product information or by e-mail.
If the delivery time extends over the product over the stated delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are in accordance with the mail's general charges, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Delivery terms and warranty
The products are subject to a full 14 day conversion and return policy and the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer or importer. The right to return is valid only if the product is in the same condition as the original and is marketable with its packaging and accessories.
The Customer Register of Sfstore.fi is confidential and we are committed to not disclose information to third parties for commercial purposes.
A binding contract will enter into force once the order has been processed. Order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email. Sfstore.com reserves the right to change prices and order and delivery terms by order.
Returned products must be flawless, unused and in their original packaging. You have the right to return products within 14 days of their arrival. We will refund the full cost of your products within 14 days of returning your items to our post office. Returning is free.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact customer service (ville.lahikainen (at) sfstore.fi). There is no charge for the wrong product.
You can follow the tracking code that you have provided through the postal delivery package.
If you make your order by wire transfer, we will send you an order when we receive a confirmation from the payment transaction. The order must be paid in full with the shipping cost.
You can collect products delivered via Itella against a package card or a shipment code. In the case of purchase orders, the products are paid at the offices either by cash or by bank card. A few establishments also accept credit cards.
When we send the products, we'll let you know by email, Facebook Messenger, watts or text messages, as a rule, on the channel that was otherwise in connection with the connection
Online shopping can be paid by following bank payment methods. Payment: Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nordea, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Bank. Credit transfer: Nordea. Payment takes place through the site built by the Checkout service. The payment method also includes a credit transfer as an advance payment. Payment and financial services related to online payment are implemented by Checkout (Lapitor Oy) 2014554-9 in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Checkout (Lapitor Oy) buys a payment and settles it to a merchant.
On a Neocard card, a transaction is created between the customer and the Checkout service (Lapitor Oy).
